Instead of a separate application, I wrote it as an extension to the Internet Explorer browser for Windows Mobile - an extra menu option that turns the current URL you are looking at into a TinyURL. http://dalelane.co.uk/page.php?id=41 ceSnipURL has the benefit that you can edit the long URL before getting it shortened.
