The ActiveSync integration will take us some 6 weeks. Tasks interface is very important for us and we plan the integration with many mail servers that would allow on-line access and sync.

Thanks for coming here and commenting Jerry. I think what many users here are anticipating is ActiveSync support. Any idea when that would be? Also when you mention freeware BETA, does that mean that the final version will be commercial?

Jerry, This certainly looks like a great product. I am going to install and test it. Though, I must say the feature I am most anticipating is tasks. It would also be great if you had an online module so that I could access and sync from anywhere, a la Dashwire and Evernote.

Certainly interesting. Please keep us posted if those new features are added! I found that the other solution (BirdieSync/Mozilla Thunderbird/Lightning) to be buggy, I had duplicate tasks and things like that. I don’t like it if I have to manually check my synchronization and fix it errors too often! So perhaps this can be a good alternative.

I totally agree. I would like to use Ubuntu more often but the lack of sync is causing to do otherwise.

It sounds like a great product, I will look forward to it’s development in Activesync, frankly the only free replacement to Outlook that I have found is to sync to the Mail2web.com Exchange Server, sure it is slow working in OWA, but the freedom is worth it, I can even sync with my Ubuntu box without using Evolution.

Good question. I did not even know they had trial versions to begin with. I thought it was freeware all the time.
