I guess that's because it's using PIE's engine? I'll be waiting for Doug's review.

I took a quick look at this last night and will be writing a review shortly. I think Tariq hit the nail on the head. Pocket Plus offers much the same thing...and does it better.

Having just had a very quick look at it now, it's not the bees knees, and Vinces comment shines some light on it. I wouldn't write it off on just the quick look I've just had. More to come!

The product blows. It's slow as molasses and you can't even set your own homepage!

Thanks for the heads up on the fine print. So it's just a souped up Pocket Internet Explorer which ain't exactly a bad thing. But then again, it ain't exactly a good thing.

I know with Sob Pocket Plus, you could get the finger scrolling on PIE so I wonder how many would want this.

from the fine print on the site

"Why do some pages display incorrect?
TouchBrowser uses the Pocket Internet Explorer to render HTML pages. It's a new user interface on top of an existing browser. TouchBrowser renders pages exactly the same as Pocket Internet Explorer. Pages that Pocket Internet Explorer can't handle correctly (like websites with Flash, or with complex layouts) are also rendered incorrectly by Touchbrowser. If you're looking for a browser that can handle these websites correctly, Touchbrowser is not the thing you're looking for, but we advice Opera or a similar browser based on a more modern rendering engine. "
