File size will be significantly reduced when we migrate to our new code that stores resources (icons, images, sound files etc) outside the main executable. Even more, this will allow us to fully skin our applications. As for folder encryption, I am sure that adding this is a matter of days

I think one of the features you could focus on is a small fizesize. At 1.5MB, it is rather big for a main memory storage. And support for folder encryption. I can’t really ask for much more than that in a file explorer as everything else I need I could use a separate program.

I can be faster!
I hope My Today Screen will report on the update when it comes out. I’m using Resco Explorer and it does all that I need, but since they simply don’t reply to my e-mails about a skin I made for one of THEIR products (Keyboard Pro), their losing my sympathy a bit. I get very positive feedback – people say that my skin for the keyboard is better than the included skins and someone even purchased the software because of my free skin. But when I email them or post a message on their forums, offering them that they can put the skin on their site to, they don´t respond at all.
So if Virtual Explorer will be the best file explorer in the market, I might just switch; I really like the interface.

Wow that was a fast response! Now as we have very stable code in v1.30 we can move forward to adding more features and fixing any minor issues left. We will be adding some very unique features to Virtual Explorer very soon. But I will keep them a secret a bit more

I would appreciate any comments, suggestions, feature requests – this will really motivate our developers and help us improve Virtual Explorer even more. This is one of our largest and most complex projects so far and we are looking forward to making it the best windows mobile file explorer on the market.
