VITO Technology Releases EyePhoto
When it comes to managing your photos on a Pocket PC, the default Photos & Videos application ain’t exactly finger-friendly for navigating and viewing your hundreds (and thousands in some cases) of photos. I think VITO Technology realized this and came up with EyePhoto, the latest application in their iWindowsMobile stable of applications that are designed to upgrade you to the next generation of Windows Mobile.
Like all other applications in this website, EyePhoto is finger friendly. In fact, very finger friendly. The buttons are big and you scroll by dragging your finger across the screen. Finding your photos couldn’t be easier with this application it groups them into albums. So is zooming in and out of them. And for users who prefer viewing photos in landscape, EyePhoto supports it as well.
This is the first version (v1.00) and it retails for $14.95. It supports Windows Mobile 2003 all the way to WM6. As usual, trials are available if you want to give it a go before getting a license. (via VITO Technology Press Release)

Interesting looking screenshots, but the fact that the CAB download is either not available or well hidden makes this one a pass.
That’s what I noticed about the iWindowsMobile applications actually. They’re all released in .exe format. You’ve got to either install it or manually extract it.
Great photo application. But slow in loading pictures lstored in SD Memory Card.
I tried it. I thought that, well, I don’t want it to automatically load ALL of the jpegs on my phone. But, I couldn’t find a way to select just one folder – or to omit one folder.
