AIM For Windows Mobile Out Of Beta

One of the great things about many of the Windows Mobile devices are the built-in keyboards that make them perfect messaging platforms. AOL has finally brought their updated AIM client out of beta. Keep up with your friends the old fashioned way, instant messages. This should also let you save some money if you have a pay-per-text plan.
Check out the latest features in AIM for Windows Mobile:
Best-in-Class Experience
It’s easy to get started with AIM for Windows Mobile. Send and respond to IMs and seamlessly manage multiple conversations. Even illustrate your point with emoticons – just like you do on the desktop.
Real-time Status Updates
Customize your AIM status with a special message, or update your presence – Available, Away, or Invisible – whenever you’re on the move.
Manage your Contacts
View and manage your Buddy List and Buddy Groups. See your friends’ buddy icons and check their availability before you IM them. Or add a new buddy wherever you are.
There plenty of instant messaging options for Windows Mobile, but this one is straight from the source…and free. Hit up the download page on your computer or visit http://wap.aol.com on your phone to get the latest version of AIM for Windows Mobile.
