Anyone who frequents any of the Windows Mobile related websites is sure to have stumbled upon, and probably benefited from Werner Ruotsalainen.  Werner is well known for being the author of some of the most comprehensive “how-to’s” and genre bibles any of us have ever seen.  Frankly, I don’t know how he does it. I try to write comprehensive reviews, but Werner takes comprehension to a whole new level, and many of his “Bibles” set the bar which we all strive to achieve with our reviews.

Well, Werner is at it again, this time attacking the newly minted Opera Mini 4.1beta mobile browser.  In his tutorial and review, Werner uncovers every hidden nook and cranny of the program from installation (did you know there are multiple versions) to what is new in this version.  Heck, even though he is writing for Smartphone and Pocket PC Magazine, he even takes the time to look at how Opera Mini will work on other platforms, such as Symbian and Blackberry.

If you are at all interested in browsing the Internet from your mobile device, you will want to check out Werner’s full tutorial and review.  And when you are done, direct your current mobile browser to http://mini.opera.com/beta
