Zune Marketplace on Nokia Phones?

Recently, a rumor has been floating around that the Zune team is working with Nokia to integrate the Zune Marketplace (ZMP) into future Nokia phones. While on the surface this seems like a frightening thought to most Zune fans, this actually could be a quick way to expand the reach of the the Zune to a much larger audience. With instant access to over 3 million songs, a mobile phone based version of the ZMP could be a hit.
While the ZMP on Nokia phones is exciting, a version of the marketplace on Windows Mobile seems all the more plausible and desirable (to this blog’s readers at least). The rumored ‘pink and purple’ project has been rumored to be just that. The acquisition of Musiwave further suggests some type of upcoming integration with Windows Mobile.
Unfortunately, these rumors provide more questions than answers. Will Microsoft provide a ZMP client for Windows Mobile 7 and alienate all of the legacy customers? Will Microsoft ever release the mythical Zune phone, or will they return focus to their core competency as software developers? Expect to hear something from the Zune team before the holiday season.
What do you think? Would you like to see the Zune Marketplace (along with its excellent social aspects) integrated into Windows Mobile?

I think this would be a good venture for both Zune and Nokia. I love the ZMP.
Thanks.
